As a certified Rawlings vendor, Premier is able to get Rawlings merchandise at a great price and we’re passing these savings on to our customers.Rawlings sets mandated prices that retailers should not sell below, but since we’re a private vendor and our site is not open to the public, we’re able to bypass their mandated prices that other retailers cannot.
Please read the information below and it will answer many questions you might have:
- To offer our low prices our online store had to be password protected. The password is EHYA4.
- All orders have a flat $15 shipping charge.
- The order will be shipped from Rawlings to the Premier facility where you will need to pick it up. We understand it might seem unfair to pay shipping and have to pick up the order from us, but the shipping charges are actually much higher than the $15 we charge per order, Premier covers the rest of the shipping costs for you. Also, we can ship to your address if needed but there will be an additional cost.
- Premier submits all online orders from the week to Rawlings together to save on shipping. Rawlings typically ships orders very quickly after they are placed so most of the time your order will be ready for pick up at Premier the week after you place your order. If an item is going to be delayed we will let you know immediately.
- If you want to return any merchandise ordered you can return it to Premier and we will give you a full refund and you will have no return shipping costs or restocking fees.
